The Department of Anatomy at the newly established Government Medical College, Piduguralla (Palnadu district) serves as a foundational pre-clinical department for undergraduate medical students. It is actively developing state-of-the-art facilities, including a spacious dissection hall, histology laboratories, and an osteology museum to support hands-on medical training.

• As a per National Medical Commission (NMC) standards, the department features:
  Dissection Hall: A spacious facility equipped with necessary preservation and ventilation systems for cadaveric dissection, enabling students to gain hands-on structural insights.
• Histology Laboratory: Outfitted with advanced compound microscopes and slide sets to study the cellular organization of diverse tissues.
• Anatomy Museum: Houses organized collections of wet tissue specimens, dry bones (osteology), and developmental models to facilitate self-paced learning.
